Pick-up & delivery · wash & fold
Wash, dry, fold.
The everyday pile — clothes, towels, bedding. Back to you the next day, folded and bagged.
A wash and fold laundry service for Melbourne’s west: we collect from your door in Sunshine, St Albans, Footscray, Deer Park and the suburbs around them, wash it at our own laundromat, and deliver it back the next day.
What it costs
Charged in 5kg bands, rounded up. Most households send one or two bands a week.
| Weight | Price |
|---|---|
| Up to 5kg | $30 |
| 5–10kg | $60 |
| 10–15kg | $90 |
| 15–20kg | $120 |
Prices last checked August 2026. Plus $15 to collect and return. Final price is confirmed when we weigh your load.
How much is 5kg?
Roughly one full laundry basket, or a standard kitchen-tidy bag packed loosely. Two adults’ washing for a week is usually eight to ten kilos.
Weight is dry weight, weighed on the scales at the shop when your bag arrives. There’s no charge per item and nothing extra for bedding or towels — a doona or a set of sheets is priced by the kilo like everything else. If you’re near the edge of a band we’ll tell you, so you can decide whether to send a couple more towels next time.
What’s included
- Sorted by colour before washing — whites, lights and darks in separate machines
- Washed, dried and folded, with detergent included in the price
- Socks paired, shirts folded flat, towels and sheets folded to stack
- Bagged and returned to your door
- Washed at our own shop on Foundry Road — never sent elsewhere
What we can’t take: Shoes
What goes in the bag
Everyday clothes, gym gear, school uniforms, work clothes, towels, tea towels, sheets, pillowcases and doona covers. Doonas and blankets are welcome — they go in our extra large 14kg washers and dryers, the ones most homes don’t have. Tell us about anything delicate, anything that has to be washed cold, or anything you’d rather we hung than tumbled, and we’ll set it aside.
Wash and fold is not ironing. Things come back clean, dry and neatly folded, not pressed. If you want shirts on hangers with the creases out, send them in a separate bag for the ironing service and we’ll price them per item.
How your bag is handled
Any bag will do — a laundry bag, a sports bag, a tied garbage bag. When it comes in the door we tag it with your booking name and it stays tagged through the wash, the dryer and the fold, so your load is never mixed with anybody else’s. It goes back to you in a clean bag, and if you sent a bag you want back, it comes back too.
Turnaround
Next day. Book before 9:30am and your washing is collected that day and back on your doorstep the following day, folded and bagged, in the same spot we picked it up from. You don’t need to be home for either — only the bag does.
We collect across Melbourne’s west from our shop in Sunshine. Check the suburbs we reach, or call 0466 279 189 and we’ll tell you in thirty seconds.
