Pick-up & delivery · how it works
Four steps, one day.
You never have to be home for the machines — only for the bag going out and coming back.
What happens
Four steps, and you only need to be there for two of them.
-

Book a pickup
Pick a time on our booking calendar and tell us roughly how much there is. A rough guess is fine — we weigh it properly at the shop.
Book before 9:30am for next-day return.
-

Bag it and leave it out
Any bag will do. Keep ironing separate from washing so nothing gets pressed that shouldn’t be, and check the pockets before you tie it up.
-

We wash it at our own shop
Everything is done on Foundry Road in Sunshine North, on the same machines you’d use yourself. Your washing never goes to a third party.
-

It comes back the next day
Washed, dried, folded and bagged — returned to the same spot we collected it from.
Guessing the weight
Almost nobody can estimate laundry weight, and you don’t need to — we weigh it when it arrives and the price follows the weight. As a rough guide:
- One full laundry basket is about 5kg
- A packed kitchen-tidy bag is about 8kg
- A week’s washing for two people is usually 8–10kg
Estimate only — the final price is confirmed when we weigh your load.
Looking after your things
- Sorted by colour before anything goes in a machine
- Check pockets before you bag it — we check too, but two sets of eyes is better
- Tell us about anything delicate when you book
Items we can’t accept: Shoes
If something goes missing: Lost items are kept for 7 days, then donated to charity.
