Laundry pick up and delivery in Melbourne’s west costs $30 per 5kg for wash, dry and fold, charged in 5kg bands; ironing from $3.15 per item by garment type; and $15 per booking to collect and return, with next-day turnaround. No minimum weight, no subscription, no surcharge for bedding. Prices last checked August 2026.

How much is wash, dry and fold?
Charged in 5kg bands, rounded up to the next band. Detergent, sorting, drying and folding are all in the price — there is no per-item charge and nothing extra for towels, sheets or doonas.

How much is ironing?
Charged per item, not by weight. The band depends on how much work the garment is — a polo is standard, a business shirt is advanced, a pleated maxi dress is complex. Bedding and tablecloths are priced by size.

What does pick up and delivery cost?
One flat fee per booking covers both trips — collecting the bag and bringing it back. It’s the same whether you send one band or four, so a bigger load is better value.

What is included in the price?
Wash and fold covers everything from the bag to the shelf: sorting, detergent, washing, drying, folding and bagging. Towels, sheets and doonas go through at the same per-band rate, and bedding is never surcharged. Ironing is a separate per-item service, so keep anything to be pressed in its own bag and it is priced from the table above. Items we don’t take: Shoes. Lost items are kept for 7 days, then donated to charity. Businesses with a standing weekly collection are priced differently — see commercial laundry.
How and when do I pay?
- Book a pickup online and give us a rough weight or item count.
- We weigh and count your bag at the shop and confirm the price.
- The final figure is what you pay — nothing is added afterwards.
No minimum weight, no subscription, no surcharge for bedding. Businesses sending linen or towels on a standing collection get a commercial rate and a monthly invoice instead.
