Ask us something
The fastest answer is a phone call — we’re usually on the floor, so you’ll get a person, not a menu. For quotes, business accounts and bookings, email works well: we reply to emails within one business day, usually the same day. Laundry pick-ups and deliveries are booked online any time from the booking page; book before 9:30am for collection that day.
Not sure whether to call or book? If you just want to know whether we reach your street, ring us — we’ll tell you in thirty seconds. If you already know you want a collection, book it and we’ll be there.
Anything you send us is handled as described in our privacy policy.
