Commercial laundry for small businesses in Melbourne’s west.

Who is commercial laundry for?

Any business that runs out of clean linen before the week runs out. These are the accounts we set up most often.

Cafés and restaurants

Tea towels, aprons, cloths and chef whites, collected on the same day each week and back the next. Tablecloths can be ironed per item if you want them pressed for service.

Salons, barbers and clinics

Towels, capes and gowns go through a hot wash in their own load — never in a shared drum — and come back folded to go straight onto the shelf.

Gyms and studios

Towel service in bulk. Our extra large 14kg washers and dryers take a bin of gym towels without splitting the load, so daily or twice-weekly collection keeps the front desk stocked.

Airbnb and short-stay hosts

Sheets, doonas, mattress protectors and towels turned over between guests. A two-bedroom apartment’s full change of bedding and towels usually goes through in one extra large wash, so one spare set is enough with next-day return.

Uniforms, workwear and small providers

A week of hi-vis for a small crew, childcare bedding, or the washing for a supported-accommodation house — each bag is tagged with your business name and kept as its own load.

It’s the same shop and the same machines as everything else we do — the difference is a standing collection day and an invoice at the end of the month rather than paying per bag. We’re a small local laundry in Sunshine serving Melbourne’s west, so you deal with the people doing the washing, not an account manager.

How does the commercial service run?

1. Tell us what and how much. Linen for four apartments a week, sixty gym towels a day, a bag of aprons every Monday — whatever it is.
2. We agree a collection day. Weekly, twice weekly or daily. Same time, same place, no rebooking.
3. Bag it and leave it out. Every bag is tagged with your business name when it comes in, so your linen never mixes with anyone else’s.
4. Washed, dried and folded at our shop on Foundry Road, Sunshine. Ironing is available per item if you need pressed shirts or tablecloths.
5. Back the next day, folded to stack straight onto the shelf, and one invoice at the end of the month.

Our extra large 14kg washers and dryers take doonas, mattress protectors and bulk towels without splitting the load, which is what makes short-stay turnover practical — a two-bedroom apartment’s full change of bedding and towels usually goes through in one wash.

What does commercial laundry cost?

Our standard household prices are on the pick-up & delivery pricing page if you just want a sense of the baseline: wash and fold is $30 per 5kg, ironing is per item from $3.15, and collection is $15 per booking.

Why use a local laundry instead of a linen plant?

• Washed here, not trucked to a plant — you can walk in and see the machines any day, 6am to 11pm.
• Next-day turnaround as standard, so one spare set of linen is enough.
• No contracts or minimum terms. If the volume changes, the collection day changes with it.
• Rated 4.6★ from 76 Google reviews, most of them from households in Sunshine, Albion and around.
